(together, the “Platform”).
This policy applies to our advisory clients and the people they authorise to use the Platform (“you”).

Google Calendar Information
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access only the calendar information required to provide the features you use, including:
- Viewing your schedule
- Creating events (where enabled)

- Understand basic Platform usage

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, operate and improve the Platform and your advisory engagement.
This includes powering the AI-assisted tools within the Compadres platform, sometimes referred to as the Compadres Brain, which use your business information to provide more useful and relevant guidance to you and your team.

- Maintain Platform security
- Meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
4. Google User Data and Limited Use
Compadres’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

- We only use Google user data to provide the calendar features available within the Platform.
- We never use Google user data for advertising.
- We never sell Google user data or provide it to data brokers or other third parties for their own purposes.
- Compadres personnel do not access your Google data unless you specifically request assistance, access is necessary for security or abuse prevention, or access is required by law.
- You can revoke Compadres’ access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account security settings or by contacting us.

We only share information where necessary to operate the Platform and provide our services.
