Unpacking the Past: Life Before Compadres
I started the Adoreum members club in over a decade ago, I also have nearly 50 investments, a beautiful wife and three kids. My life is busy with family commitments, back to back meetings, and events that we run all over the world. It’s very easy for anyone to fall into feeling overwhelmed, and feeling as though I don’t have a plan. Life gets chaotic. I felt as though I was missing opportunities in business, but also peace of mind, and most importantly, time with the people I love.
Embracing Change: The Compadres Journey
Over the course of several months with Compadres, we looked at the outcomes from the habits I have on a day-to-day business, the structure and the processes I have within the businesses. Breaking down the blockers and the potential approaches that could unlock ideas and revenue.
We ran a Compadres Strategy process, bringing together the great minds in my amazing team, our members and our brilliant Senior Advisors.

We have clarity!
We now have an exciting three year plan for Adoreum to 10x the club, and an accountability framework. We now have developed products, services and uncovered a bunch of opportunities that were staring at us. Which is really exciting to see the potential of the organisation, and new ways that we can work to capitalise on the brilliant business we have built with our capable team, including partnerships to bring to life our ambition.
I feel relief, a great sense of peace, much less anxious, and able to spend much more time doing the things I love with my family and friends. I see a new future for life, the businesses I love so much, and the people in and around it.
