My Story
I started work life pretty early, growing up on a dairy farm. As a third-generation farmer I helped till the soil and milk the cows with a family that endured everything Mother Nature had to throw at it. It was physical yakka, but it instilled in me a mighty work ethic and a deep commitment to a cause. It was ‘nature’ that led me down the path to discerning and understanding the rhythms, processes and cycles of business and how human beings operate and perform in those ecosystems.
My Journey
Produced my first TV show at 16
